FAQJoin the waitlist

Privacy policy

Last updated: October 4, 2026

We keep this simple. Dimeowl hasn’t launched yet, and the only thing we ask for is your email address.

The short version

  • We only collect your email address, when you join the waitlist.
  • We use it to send you a welcome email and updates about Dimeowl, including the day it launches.
  • We never sell it or use it for ads.
  • You can leave the waitlist or ask us to delete your email anytime.

Who we are

Dimeowl is made by MarkCyber Inc. When this policy says “we” or “us”, that’s who we mean. It covers this website and the Dimeowl waitlist. The app will come with its own privacy policy when it launches.

What we collect

  • Your email address, when you join the waitlist, along with when you signed up.
  • Basic visit logs. Like every website, ours is hosted on a server that automatically logs things like IP address, browser type, and the pages visited. We only use these to keep the site running and secure.
  • Your messages, if you email us.

That’s all. We don’t ask for your name, phone number, or payment details.

How we use it

  • To send you a welcome email when you join.
  • To send you updates about Dimeowl, including the day it launches.
  • To let our team know someone new has joined.
  • To reply if you write to us.

We won’t use your email for anything else without asking you first.

What we never do

  • Sell or rent your personal information.
  • Use your email address for advertising, or give it to advertisers.

Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies and similar tools to see how people find and use this website, like which pages are visited and for how long, so we can make it better. These tools can collect information such as your IP address, browser, device type, and the pages you view.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.

Who helps us

A few trusted services help us run things: an email service that runs the waitlist and sends our emails, the company that hosts this website, the provider of our inbox, and any analytics tools we use on the site. They only handle your information to provide that service to us, and they store it in the United States.

Like most email services, ours can tell us whether an email was opened or a link in it was clicked. We would only share your information with anyone else if the law required it.

How long we keep it

We keep your email for as long as you’re on our list. Unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and we’ll remove it.

Your choices

It’s your information. You can:

  • leave the waitlist anytime with the unsubscribe link in our emails,
  • ask to see what we have about you,
  • ask us to correct it or delete it.

Just email info@markcyber.ca. We’ll take care of it within 30 days, free of charge.

Keeping it safe

This site only uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), only the people who need the waitlist can see it, and the services we use protect what they hold.

Children

Dimeowl isn’t meant for anyone under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has signed up, let us know and we’ll delete it.

Changes

If we update this policy, we’ll change the date at the top. We won’t start using your email in a new way without asking you first.
